FROM JULIET offer easy, 30 days returns.

To be eligible for a return, all original tags must be attached, original packaging undamaged and there must be no signs of wear on the jewellery.

 

How can I return my order?

To arrange return, please contact us at customercare@fromjuliet.com.au the items must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery. FROM JULIET take no liability for any return postage costs or lost packages. We strongly recommend you return your items via a postage option which enables you to track the parcel. Within 5 days of return, if approved, we will issue you a store credit minus our original postage costs.

 

Are there any items I can’t return?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns on earrings.

 

Do offer refunds?

Unfortunately, FROM JULIET do not offer refunds however we do offer a single-use credit note to the full value of your order minus postage costs for all returns.

 

What do I do if my item is faulty?

At FROM JULIET, supplying high quality items and ensuring customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at customercare@fromjuliet.com.au within 3 days of receiving your jewellery pieces.

 

How long will it take to receive my credit note?

After being confirmed, please allow up to 5 business days to receive you credit note.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are the discretion of From Juliet and in alignment with Australian Consumer Law. If your believe you are entitled to a refund please email us at customercare@fromjuliet.com.au
