What makes FROM JULIET stand out?

At FROM JULIET, quality and customer satisfaction is our highest priority. All pieces in collections by FROM JULIET are made ethically, using only the highest quality raw materials which means they are water resistant, hypoallergenic and made to last.

 

  • White gold items are made using sterling silver with a thick layer of white gold vermeil plating, 3 microns thick.
  • Gold items are made using sterling silver with a thick layer of 18k gold vermeil plating, 3 microns thick.

 

How should I care for my FROM JULIET items?

To ensure longevity of your items, it is important to take extra special care.

We recommend gently cleaning your jewellery once per fortnight after wear. To clean, run under warm water for 5-10 seconds and gently pat dry with a soft cloth, you can also polish your jewellery by softly rubbing with a dry cloth. Do not use harsh jewellery cleaning wash, detergent or polish on gold plated jewellery. We do not recommend wearing your jewellery to sleep, exercise or swim. 

 

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once orders are paced they cannot be amended or changed.
